This 16 Oz. Vinyl Water Barrel Cover (not to be confused with less expensive 13/14 Oz. vinyl) fits over 55 Gallon Drum-Barrels. Package includes 4 Vinyl Covers. The cover is designed with a Velcro flap so that ropes or ratchet straps may be connected between the barrel and tent being anchored.
